of each page, or enter a keyword of the item you need in our search box. When
you find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart.
When you are completed shopping, click the checkout button to pay for your

qualifying accounts.

Payment by check:
If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, the best method
is to simply add items to your Biopulse Products shopping cart, print out the
completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail to our address
above with your check or money order payable to Biopulse Products Inc.. Please
be sure to include contact information with your payment.
APO FPO and International orders:
Please email or fax your order. Biopulse will provide you with a proforma
invoice so that payment can be made in advance. We accept wire funds transfer,
Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground. If you would like your order
to ship next day please choose this shipping option during checkout and you will
be charged the difference in shipping costs. Most orders arrive within 2
business days.
$80 Non-UPS Shippable Freight Charge
Due to either product size, shape, or chemical safety standards, some items can
not be shipped via United Parcel Service, and instead are delivered safely via
alternative truck delivery. In such instances, it may be necessary to include a
freight surcharge due to the additional cost to deliver the product(s) to you.
With this surcharge, your total shipping cost will never be more than $80. The
surcharge amount is clearly marked as you place the item(s) into your
BiopulseProducts.com shopping cart. For residential orders shipped by freight
truck, normal delivery is to curbside only and not inside the home. If you need
in-home delivery, in most cases the freight company may assess additional
charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. Please contact Biopulse
Products directly if you have special instructions for delivery, otherwise
special instructions should be signed and in writing and placed in a conspicuous
location at the place of delivery. Customer is also responsible for additional
charges in cases of missed appointments or re-delivery. Your correct phone
number is essential for arranging freight delivery. Please be sure to include
the most relevant phone number to contact you at the time you place your order.
All orders of $1500 or more are shipped free of freight.
Returns:
Contact Customer Service before returning anything. An authorized RGA number
must be given for all returns.
